CURSES - 9 May 2019 (The Fountain of Living Waters) by Celia Joy Martins

 

In Deut. 28:15 the Israelites were told that IF they  DO NOT OBEY the WORD of YAHWEH God (His VOICE) and are NOT WATCHFUL to DO ALL OF HIS COMMANDMENTS - HIS STATUTES (LAWS, PROCLAMATIONS, ORDERS, ACTS, DECREES)  - that HE COMMANDS us to DO - then all kinds of CURSES will COME UPON them and OVERTAKE them.

 

Yahweh's COMMANDMENTS is NOT ONLY the TEN COMMANDMENTS. It is ALL of Scripture and especially the BOOKS of YAHWEH'S LAW - GENESIS, EXODUS, LEVITICUS, NUMBERS and the REPEATED and ADDED LAWS in DEUTERONOMY [Deuteronomy is the "SECOND READING of the LAW" - Deutero - nomy (Latinised Greek)].

 

DISOBEDIENCE:

Deut. 28:15 "But if you DO NOT OBEY the VOICE (His WORD) of YAHWEH (The Lord) your YAH (God), BEING WATCHFUL to DO ALL HIS COMMANDMENTS and HIS STATUTES which I COMMAND you this day THEN ALL THESE CURSES SHALL COME UPON you AND OVERTAKE you: "

 

Deut. 28 from verse 15 to 68 deals with all the curses that would come upon the people of Yah for NOT FOLLOWING HIS COMMANDMENTS, NOT BEING OBEDIENT to HIS VOICE (His WORD) ...

 

BE A CURSE:

Deut. 28:16 "CURSED SHALL you be in the CITY and CURSED shall you be in the FIELD."

 

Deut. 28:16-17 "CURSED shall be your BASKET and your KNEADING TROUGH. CURSED shall be the FRUIT of your BODY, of your LAND, of the INCREASE of your CATTLE and the YOUNG of your SHEEP."

 

Deut. 28:19 "CURSED shall you be when you COME IN and CURSED shall you be when you GO OUT."

 

YAHWEH SHALL SEND CURSES:

Duet. 28:20 "YAHWEH (the Lord) SHALL SEND you CURSES, CONFUSION, and REBUKE in EVERY ENTERPRISE to which you SET your HAND ... because of the EVIL of YOUR DOINGS by WHICH YOU HAVE FORSAKEN Me."

 

PESTILENCE:

Deut. 28:21 "YAHWEH (the Lord) will MAKE the PESTILENCE CLING to you ..."

 

RUN DOWN with FEVER and INFLAMATION:

Deut. 28:22 "YAHWEH (the Lord) will SMITE you with CONSUMPTION (reduction, decrease, decline, fall, weakening, exhaustion, running down, burning up), with FEVER and INFLAMATION, FIERY HEAT, SWORD and DROUGHT, BLASTING MILDEW; they will PURSUE you ..."

 

PRAYERS will not be LIFTED UP to HEAVEN - even the EARTH will be AGAINST the obedient ones:

Deut. 28:23 "The HEAVENS OVER YOUR HEAD shall be BRASS and the EARTH UNDER YOU SHALL be IRON."

 

Deut. 28:24 "YAHWEH (the Lord) shall make the RAIN of your LAND POWDERED SOIL and DUST; from the HEAVENS IT SHALL COME DOWN UPON YOU UNTIL you are DESTROYED."

 

NO VICTORY over the  ENEMIES - FLEEING from them seven ways:

Deut. 28:25 "YAHWEH (the Lord) shall CAUSE you to be STRUCK DOWN before your ENEMIES; you shall GO OUT ONE WAY AGAINST them and FLEE SEVEN WAYS BEFORE them ..."

 

BOILS - TUMORS - SCURVY and the ITCH:

Deut. 28:27 "YAHWEH (the Lord) will SMITE you with the BOILS of Egypt and the TUMORS, the SCURVY and the ITCH from which you cannot be healed."

 

MADNESS - BLINDNESS and DISMAY:

Deut. 28:28 "YAHWEH (the Lord) will SMITE you with MADNESS and BLINDNESS and DISMAY of MIND AND HEART."

 

NOT PROSPER IN YOUR WAYS:

Deut. 28:29 "And you shall GROPE at NOONDAY as the BLIND GROPE in DARKNESS. And you SHALL NOT PROSPER in YOUR WAYS; and you shall be ONLY OPPRESSED AND ROBBED CONTINUALLY, and there shall be NO ONE to SAVE you."

 

Deut. 28:31 "Your OX shall be SLAIN BEFORE your eyes, but you SHALL NOT EAT of it; your DONKEY shall be VIOLENTLY TAKEN AWAY before your face and not be RESTORED to you; your SHEEP shall be GIVEN to your ENEMIES, and you shall HAVE NO ONE to HELP you."

 

OPPRESSED AND CRUSHED:

Deut. 28:33 "A NATION which YOU HAVE NOT KNOWN SHALL EAT UP the FRUIT of your LAND and of ALL YOUR LABORS, and you shall be only OPPRESSED and CRUSHED CONTINUALLY."

 

SORE BOILS from the SOLE of the FEET to the TOP of the HEAD:

Deut. 28:35 "YAHWEH (the Lord) will SMITE you on the KNEES AND ON THE LEGS with a SORE BOIL that cannot be healed, from the SOLE of your FOOT to the top of your HEAD."

 

LOCUSTS CONSUMING the CROPS:

Deut. 28:38 "You shall CARRY MUCH SEED out into the FIELD and SHALL GATHER LITTLE in, for the LOCUST SHALL CONSUME it."

 

WORMS:

Deut. 28:39 "You shall plant VINEYARDS and DRESS them but SHALL NEITHER DRINK of the WINE nor GATHER the GRAPES for the WORM SHALL EAT THEM."

 

OLIVE TREES SHALL DROP THEIR FRUIT:

Deut. 28:40 You shall have OLIVE TREES throughout ALL your TERRITORY but you SHALL NOT ANOINT YOURSELVES with the OIL, for the OLIVE TREES SHALL DROP THEIR FRUIT.

 

STRANGERS shall MOUNT UP HIGH - you shall COME DOWN LOW until you are the TAIL NOT the head:

Deut. 28:43 "The TRANSIENT (STRANGER) AMONG you shall MOUNT UP HIGHER AND HIGHER ABOVE you, and YOU SHALL COME DOWN LOWER AND LOWER. :44 ... HE SHALL be the HEAD, and YOU SHALL BE THE TAIL."

 

BECAUSE of  DISOBEDIENCE to HIS WORD:

CUSES as a SIGN upon you and your descendants FOREVER:

Deut. 28:45-47 "ALL these CURSES shall COME UPON YOU AND SHALL PURSUE you and OVERTAKE you till you are destroyed, BECAUSE you DO NOT OBEY the VOICE of YAHWEH your YAH, to KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS and HIS STATUTES which HE COMMANDED you. They shall be UPON YOU AS A SIGN ... AND UPON YOUR DESCENDANTS FOREVER. BECAUSE you DID NOT SERVE YAHWEH your YAH with JOYFULNESS of MIND AND HEART in GRATITUDE for the ABUNDANCE of ALL with WHICH HE had BLESSED you"

 

Deut. 28:48 "THEREFORE you shall SERVE YOUR ENEMIES whom YAHWEH shall SEND AGAINST you, in HUNGER and THIRST, in NAKEDNESS and in WANT of ALL THINGS; and He will PUT a YOKE UPON your NECK ...

 

:49-51 "YAHWEH WILL BRING a NATION AGAINST you from AFAR ... a NATION WHOSE LANGUAGE you WILL NOT UNDERSTAND, A NATION of UNYIELDING (stubborn, pigheaded, fixed, unbending, persistent) COUNTENANCE

Who WILL NOT REGARD the PERSON of the OLD or SHOW FAVOR to the YOUNG,

And shall EAT the FRUIT of your CATTLE and the FRUIT of your GROUND until YOU ARE DESTROYED,

who also hall NOT LEAVE you GRAIN, NEW WINE, OIL, the INCREASE of YOUR CATTLE or the YOUNG of YOUR SHEEP

UNTIL THEY HAVE CAUSED you to PERISH.

 

:52 They shall BESIEGE (overwhelm) you in ALL your TOWNS until your HIGH and FORTIFIED WALLS in which you TRUSTED COME DOWN throughout ALL YOUR LAND; and they shall BESIEGE you in ALL YOUR TOWNS THROUGHOUT ALL your LAND which YAHWEH has GIVEN you.

 

UPON YOU AND YOUR DESCENDANTS STROKES and BLOWS, GREAT PLAGUES, GRIEVOUS SICKNESSES:

Deut. 28:58-59 "IF you will NOT BE WATCHFUL to DO ALL the WORDS of THIS LAW that are WRITTEN IN THIS BOOK, that you MAY REVERENTLY FEAR this GLORIOUS AND FEARFUL NAME, THEN YAHWEH will BRING UPON YOU AND YOUR DESCENDANTS EXTRAORDINARY STROKES AND BLOWS, GREAT PLAGUES OF LONG CONTINUANCE, and GRIEVOUS SICKNESSES of LONG DURATION."

 

ALL THE DISEASES of Egypt WILL CLING to you:

Deut. 28:60  "Moreover, YAHWEH will BRING UPON you ALL the DISEASES of EGYPT of which you were AFRAID, and they shall CLING to you."

 

:61 Also EVERY SICKNESS and EVERY AFFLICTION which is NOT WRITTEN IN THIS BOOK of the LAW, YAHWEH WILL BRING UPON you ..."

 

:62 And you shall BE LEFT FEW IN NUMBER, whereas you had BEEN as the STARS of the HEAVENS for MULTITUDE, BECAUSE you HAVE NOT OBEY the VOICE of YAHWEH your YAH.

 

:63 And as YAHWEH REJOICED over you to DO YOU GOOD and to MULTIPLY you, so YAHWEH will REJOICE to BRING RUIN UPON you and to DESTROY you; and you shall be PLUCKED from the land into which you go to possess.

 

:64 And YAHWEH SHALL SCATTER you among all peoples from one end of the earth to the other; and THERE YOU SHALL BE FORCED to SERVE OTHER GODS ... which NEITHER YOU NOR YOUR FATHERS HAVE KNOWN.

 

:65 And AMONG THESE NATIONS you will FIND NO EASE and there shall be NO REST for the SOLE of your FOOT; but YAHWEH will GIVE you there a TREMBLING HEART, FAILING of EYES, FAINTING of MIND and LANGUISHING of SPIRIT.

 

:66 YOUR LIFE shall HANG IN DOUBT BEFORE you; DAY AND NIGHT you SHALL BE WORRIED, and HAVE NO ASSURANCE of YOUR LIFE."

 

MESSIAH REDEEMED us from the CURSES:

In Rom. 1:18 the apostle Paul tells us that Messiah Yahshua has PURCHASED our FREEDOM - REDEEMED us from THE CURSE (of the LAW) by HIMSELF BECOMING a CURSE FOR us.

 

YAHWEH HIMSELF DECLARED the CURSES for NOT KEEPING HIS LAWS - and therefore ONLY YAH HIMSELF could SET US FREE from that CURSES by GIVING HIS OWN PURE and SINLESS LIFE as the PURCHASE PRICE.

 

We ARE NOT OUR OWN:

Purchased with the PRECIOUS BLOOD of our MESSIAH - we CAN ONLY BOW DOWN in GRATITUDE - PRAISING Him for SETTING US FREE.

 

There is a CHOICE to be MADE:

IF we LOVE Him, we WILL OBEY HIS WORD:

If we really really LOVE our KING, our REDEEMER, we WILL OBEY HIS WORD - HIS LAWS  - for we ARE NOT OUR OWN ANYMORE. We have been PURCHASED with a PRECIOUSNESS (1 Cor. 6:20) - the BLOOD of Messiah Yahshua Himself.

 

John 14:15 "IF you REALLY LOVE Me, YOU WILL KEEP (OBEY) My COMMANDMENTS."

 

MESSIAH'S STATEMENT says it all. IF WE LOVE Him, WE WILL OBEY HIS WORD - HIS COMMANDS - HIS COMMANDMENTS ...

 

Our heavenly Father's LOVE for us WILL NOT EXCUSE our DISOBEDIENCE:

Our heavenly Father is still the SAME YAHWEH God Who disclosed the CURSES for DISOBEDIENCE to HIS PEOPLE - the SAME YAHWEH God Who HATES SIN, UNGODLINESS and UNRIGHTEOUSNESS.

 

Our DISOBEDIENCE to KEEP HIS LAW is STILL SIN in HIS EYES ... Rom. 1:18 "For the WRATH of YAHWEH is REVEALED from HEAVEN AGAINST ALL UNGODLINESS and UNRIGHTEOUSNESS of men"

 

O ABBA, YOU GAVE us the BLESSINGS and the CURSES in YOUR WORD ... BLESSINGS for KEEPING YOUR LAWS, YOUR COMMANDMENTS - and CURSES for NOT OBEYING it. Thank You for YOUR SON -  Thank You YAHSHUA for REDEEMING US - SETTING US FREE from the CURSE - for PAYING the PRICE - for MAKING a WAY for us - help us to REALIZE that we NEED to BE OBEDIENT and KEEP YOUR WORD to receive the freedom from the curse. Help us to LIVE IN OBEDIENCE to YOUR WORD - DOING YOUR WORD - KEEPING YOUR COMMANDS - HEEDING YOUR TEACHINGS ... in YAHSHUA MESSIAH'S NAME. Amen.

PERILOUS TIMES

2 Thess. 2:9-10 “The COMING of the LAWLESS ONE, the ANTICHRIST, is through the ACTIVITY and WORKING of SATAN … And by UNLIMITED SEDUCTION to EVIL and with ALL WICKED DECEPTION of THOSE who are PERISHING because they DID NOT WELCOME the TRUTH but REFUSED to LOVE it that they MIGHT be SAVED.

 

:11 Therefore YAH SENDS UPON them a MISLEADING INFLUENCE, a WORKING of ERROR and a STRONG DELUSION to MAKE THEM BELIEVE what is FALSE. In order that ALL MAY BE JUDGED and CONDEMNED who DID NOT BELIEVE in the TRUTH but instead took PLEASURE in UNRIGHTEOUSNESS.”

2 Tim. 3:1-4 “This know also, that in the last days PERILOUS TIMES shall come …”

 

PERILOUS TIMES:

In 2 Timothy Pauls describes the last days … the end-times as PERILOUS meaning DANGEROUS times … UNSAFE …  INSECURE … RISKY … TERRIFYING … SCARY … ALARMING … WORRYING … DREADFUL … SHOCKING … PANICKING etc.

 

We are indeed living in perilous times. Besides the pharmakeia witchcraft potions (vacceens) that were forced on us all with might … for the past two years, the entire world was told that wearing a MASK … COVERING THE FACE … would keep you safe as it  would stop the spread of the C-virus.

 

BREATHING NORMALLY - A NATURAL (God-given) ANTIVIRAL ACTIVITY:

During an extensive study, Harvard University has now found that the NATURAL EXCHANGE of carbon dioxide WASTE  for FRESH OXYGEN in the lungs (also known as RESPIRATION) is a POWERFUL ANTIVIRAL ACTIVITY that is DIRECTLY INTERFERED with by wearing the masks … putting our bodies at great RISK.

WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM:

An article published as part of the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting of the Global Future Councils (2018) says the following:
